If I am understanding this.this is an issue because the TES55Edit backups and the regular files above. Or do they need to be done IN MO somehow for them to be cleaned in the game? Will MO register that those particular ones (Dawnguard, Hearthfires, and Dragonborn, I believe they are) have been cleaned (from the video)? If I run Tes5 outside of MO (like in Gopher's video, JUST cleaning the files that he does in his video). (After I fix this again by following llja's tutorial) Can I just run Tes5Edit outside of MO (following Gopher's video tutorial) ? And will that work? Will they still be cleaned as if I had done it with MO? Or will MO not recognize the clean files?
